Our new five-year strategy will take ThinkForward through to 2025. By then we aim to have achieved our three strategic goals – Impact, Sustainability and Growth. We want to reach 1500 young people per year and double our annual income to £5m. Our commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion will sit at the heart of our work to achieve our goals, and we will also ensure that young people continue to participate in our governance and shape the design of our programmes.
