The majority of students are once again switching to online learning, with all the challenges that can bring. As always, ThinkForward will put the wellbeing of our young people at the heart of what we do.
Coaches will work with young people remotely, drawing on our experience of what worked best during the spring lockdown and supporting students through these new testing times.
A survey of our young people in the summer told us that for 35% of respondents, their ThinkForward coach was their main support provider, so we know our coaches play a significant part in the lives of many of our students.
We will continue to host a range of online employability sessions and business insight sessions. Activities like these are important as we seek to ensure our young people still have opportunities to develop the skills and confidence they need for the world of work.
